About Philza VODS
The Philza VODS Channel is created by Mercy.
The channel was created at the end of march of 2022.The aim of the channel was to make sure all of the vods of philza were uploaded to youtube for preservation of content.
The channel was also created to make sure that people who couldn't watch twitch due to their internet or restrictions to be still able to watch philza's twitch content without hassle.The channel is unofficial but heavily endorsed by philza, he knows about it and sometimes references it on his stream.The channel is does not make money in any way,shape or form as that is against phils wishes and policies. The aim of the channel was never to make money from it in the first place and i find it lazy as it is mostly content reuploading.The channel has multiple playlists and has every vod sorted out in a playlist to find it easier so that you can watch what you wanna see on the stream.The thumbnails on the channel are created by Mercy and use a variety of ways to make sure you know what vod you are watching. To each month there is a different coloured border and top right is the year and the month the vod is in, just incase some people cannot see the title due to it being way too long.

No, although i do sometimes have contact with him containing questions about the vod channel, i will not contact him for you.Is this channel Endorsed by Philza?

He knows and approves of the vod channel, should this change at any moment i will respect his wish as it his content so he is the one to decide how it can be used.Is this channel monetised?
No and it will never be!
He is against monetisation of his vods and of his content and goes against his wishes.Why do i get ads even when the channel isn't monetised?
The vods can be claimed due to any of the music Phil plays, I have a license for the music he plays often (monstercat music) to help the vods, however other music like the Minecraft music are likely to be claimed.
Some music that can be played on water-frames on qsmp can also get the vod claimed or any videos he reacts to.Do you do sponsors or shout-outs etc?

I am working on making sure vods do eventually get captions, it will be very difficult as it takes a very long time to subtitle on average 4 to 8 hours vods.Where can i get news or updates about philza?
My suggestion is to follow Philza Updates English , to follow the spanish account Philza Updates Spanish or to follow the portuguese account Philza Updates Brasil.At what time to do vods usually get posted?
If i have a day off, its friday or he doesnt stream for that long, expect vods to be up at 10/11 am BST.
However should a vod be longer then 5 hours it should be expected to either get them at 12PM BST or 6PM BST at the very least.
Should there be any muted sections please do expect them later then usual, if it is troubling then expect them the day as i have to edit the audio back in.
For updates about the vod if it is not posted in due time you can visit my twitter and see if there's any updates about the vod itself, i usually post updates about it.The vod is blocked in my country and i cannot watch it, help!
If the vod is blocked in your country it is most likely due to any music played in the vod or videos shown in the vod that youtube copyright holders have blocked in your country, i recommend watching the vod on twitch because i cannot fix it, sorry for the inconvenience.What do you use to edit videos to edit the audio back and to make the best of philza each year?

If every would have a drawn thumbnail that would cost me a lot of money that i do not have so i make them myself because i can.Why do some sections of vods that got muted get fixed but not older ones?
I started doing the vod channel in end of march 2022 and decided to record audio since december 2022 just incase to fix it later, the vods before that will always have their original audio lost unfornately and cannot be recovered.Where are the vods from before may 2019?
Philza does not want these vods public due to the fact it was just him and his friends in the chat, due to copyrighted songs and he just thinks its better this way.

Those are BTTV emotes, BTTV stands for Better Twitch TV which is a browser extensions. Click here to go to website to install it.I am a mobile user, the website will not work for me.

Philza has enabled Verified Accounts only in his chat, which means you have to verify your email address and your phone number in order to chat.
If you have already enabled that before you started chatting but you just have followed, you have to wait 10 minutes after following before chatting.
If you have used a phone number or email before on an account you are banned from in the chat, your account will be flagged for ban evading.What are philza's chat rules?

Most likely you said a phrase that fossabot will automaticly time you out for.
If this is not the case most likely you have not looked at the pinned message from the mods above the chat.
Usually the pinned message during hardcore is to not mention qsmp, for example when is qsmp starting etc. due to it not being relevant at the moment.
Usually the pinned message during QSMP is to not backseat, metagame or suggestions.If any of the above is not the case and you wanna know why you got timed out or are upset about it, please whisper a mod about the timeout and discuss it with them, best thing to do is contact the mods.What is metagaming or back seating?
Metagaming is to tell philza something his character in role-play doesn't know or doesn't know about yet.
Most often then not philza wants to react to it without knowing what is going on from his chat, he rather wants to learn about it himself from other characters.
Backseating is to tell philza what to do, for example to go to someone, to help someone etc.What languages can i speak in chat?
This has been changed after qsmp purgatory to only be english from now on.
During QSMP only English,French,Portuguese and Spanish are allowed.
